Calling all aspiring food entrepreneurs! Some nice news to share amongst the Tier 3 angst, street food incubator KERB is launching the KERB Classroom designed to help entrepreneurs get their business idea off the ground.
Starting in January 2021, the eight-week course will condense the business lessons KERB have learnt over eight years of working with more than 300 food startups. Helping to kickstart businesses including Bleecker, Bao and Pizzza Pilgrims, the team has now packaged up their knowledge to share what works and what to avoid.
The course teaches you everything from product to pitching your idea, as well as the operational side of things – plus it looks like there is a great list of speakers too, including founder of Club Mexicana Meriel Armitage and Bleecker’s Zan Kaufman. There’s a live Monday night class, but other than that you can do the course from anywhere in the world. With an approximate three-hour time commitment each week, it works if you have a job too.
There’s limited space available, so if you love food and want to make a business out of it, click the link here to sign up to the KERB classroom.
