Bar Story has been at the forefront of Peckham’s nightlife for the past 18 years. Renowned for its 7-day-a-week offering of great cocktails, a historic Happy Hour, delicious pizza and cosy environment, it is a firm favourite on the independent bar scene.

Peckham Springs is also known for its large capacity and outside space, with high-quality cocktails, buzzy atmosphere and an independent ethos. It also has an extensive events programme including weddings, comedy, jazz, markets, street food and corporate events.

Both venues are managed together and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager to join the team and develop the business further.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will be central in assisting the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the business. From setting the highest standards of customer service, developing the wet offering, leading training and delivering events, you will be central in the operations of the bars. Working closely with the Directors and senior management team, this is an ideal role for someone looking for a step up in the hospitality world. The role is contracted for 45 hours per week.
