Adam Hyman
Founder

After a brief stint working in commercial property, Adam followed his true passion and started working in hospitality. Noticing the need for a proper hospitality community, he founded CODE in 2012. When not in restaurants he enjoys travelling and the gym.

Tom Pilgrim
Account manager

A people person through and through, Tom can find common ground with anyone in the room and has enjoyed working with partners and members since 2018 while working on the CODE app. He always brings the fun to team events and enjoys unusual cooking combinations, extremely milky (but strong) tea and other people’s dogs.

George Gill
Community manager

Working across both CODE and the Good Food Guide George is passionate about providing the best possible experience to all our members. In his spare time he can be found consuming his way through the baked goods and coffee scene in London, with a particular weakness for the cinnamon bun.

Blair Millican
Partnerships account director

With a decade of hospitality experience across Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, and London, Blair has worked in fine dining restaurants, pubs, catering, and cocktail bars. A wine enthusiast with formal education, she loves discovering new bottles and bars. At CODE and The Good Food Guide, she manages sponsorships and creative partnerships, connecting brands with the hospitality industry.

Alice Hale
Operations coordinator

After studying photography and working at an art gallery for a few years, Alice switched to hospitality working as GM at Okan and Italo before joining CODE and The Good Food Guide. In her spare time Alice runs YING’S (vegetarian Chinese supper clubs) and loves hiking, yoga, mahjong and cuddles with her cat Mango.

Hilary Armstrong
Content editor

Hilary has been eating out for a living for over two decades and has written about food and restaurants for titles including Telegraph Luxury, Olive, The Glossary, and Restaurant Magazine. When she’s not in a restaurant or writing about one, you’ll find her at the cinema, at the theatre, or on a tennis court.

Juno Harley-Davies
Junior account manager

Juno has held a variety of roles within the hospitality industry, from managing events and working as a chef to a two-year stint in restaurant PR. With a deep passion for both the industry and the people within it, she’s thrilled to be part of the partners team. Outside of work, Juno can be found cooking, hiking, travelling and climbing.

Will Lake
CEO

Fed up with City life and wearing a suit, Will switched banking for hospitality, joining CODE in 2016. As CEO Will is responsible for running the business day to day. When he is not working, you’ll usually find him outdoors – either on his bike or walking his dog Alfie.

Tiff Price
Business Director

As Head of Growth, Tiff identifies opportunities and makes things happen, helping members and partners crack the CODE and unlock benefits. If it’s not us Tiff is promoting, she has a side hussle as Momager to her Catfluencer Monty. You’ll find her swimming in the serpentine, munching popcorn in the cinema or screaming at Lewis Hamilton as he overtakes into Becketts.

Kim Machipisa
Account manager

Kim has a keen interest in hospitality concepts, operations, and the people who make it all tick. He enjoys working with partners and members across CODE and The Good Food Guide. When he’s not working, he can likely to be found in a gym, travelling, or discovering new venues to enjoy with friends.

Emma Rochevalier
Marketing manager

From the bistros of France to London’s hospitality scene, Emma has built a marketing career blending creativity with a love for food. She now leads marketing at CODE and The Good Food Guide. When not crafting campaigns, you’ll find her wandering antique markets or hosting her seasonal supper club, Gem.

Kirsty Allen
Events manager

Kirsty has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, originally training as a chef she has worked in various roles before finding her love for events. She will be working to create exciting new experiences for The Good Food Members and CODE Hospitality. Outside of work you can usually find her running cookbook parties with friends or spending too much money in the Korean supermarket.

Ryan Carter
Product manager

As Product Manager, Ryan joined The Good Food Guide & CODE to help deliver the best possible tech for our members. With over a decade in the Hospitality Industry, in businesses of all types and sizes, give him only half a chance and he’ll enjoy nothing more than sharing his huge love for the Industry, its products & its people.
