Reservations Manager, The Blues Kitchen
The Reservations Managers are responsible for all bookings, from dining to party bookings. You will work closely with the venue and promotions department and are responsible for driving bookings, ensuring a smooth and friendly reservations process for our guests. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must, and you’ll thrive on working both in a team and alone. This role would be great for someone working within a front of house role that would like to move into an office based job.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· Previous experience using Open Table and Collins is preferable but not a necessity.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment, often under pressure.
· Strong project management and organisational skills.
· Experience in hospitality, front of house in any role.
· Sense of humour and strong character.
