Established, successful gastropub & restaurant in Hampstead require a vibrant & outgoing Floor Manager to support the current management team to take us forward into our 18th year.

Jobs like these don’t come up very often as our staff tend to stay with us for many years. We are an independent business who believe in looking after our employees and customers alike and strive to provide the best hospitality in the area.

The perfect candidate should have the following qualities:
Strong leadership skills
Able to motivate a young team with various levels of experience
Stay cool under pressure
Have a first-class work ethic
Passion for delivering high standards of service
Strong communication abilities
Experience of working in a fast paced, demanding environment
Able to take responsibility in manager’s absence
Have at least 3 years restaurant experience 1 of which should be at supervisor level.
Be naturally friendly and capable of building relationships with our many regular customers

Responsibilities
Management of shifts on your own
Reconciling tills at end of the night
Mentor and train new members of staff
Have constantly dynamic approach to your work
Continually set new standards and improve on current ones, whilst assessing the business on a daily basis.

Starting salary is approximately £35000 for a 45hr week which will be reviewed after 3 months.
