This year, we’re asking one, simple question:
We want and need to keep our industry moving forward. The results of this survey are a step towards understanding how we can collectively make our industry better.
Every year, we create and share our Happiness in Hospitality survey, garnering ‘from the coalface’ feedback on the current state of the industry.
This year’s survey focuses on why people work in hospitality, providing a broad lens through which we can touch on pay, public perception of our sector, and what workers would change if they could.
From the results of this survey, an in-depth report will be created for operators and staff alike; we hope to build a necessary and productive resource for everyone.
The survey will close on Friday 9 September, with the report published in November.
