Having launched successfully during the first lockdown and gone from strength to strength since then, we need an experienced Head Chef to take our restaurant to the next level, including being involved in developing the business from one site into new future sites. As a business we’re also serious about work-life balance, no more 60 hour weeks!
We’re looking for someone with the vision, creativity and skill to lead and develop the food side of the business, and we want to invest in a long term relationship with a Head Chef who wants to be a part of the managment team and see our growth continue! A bit about us- our head honcho is from Dallas, and on moving to London was disappointed to not be able to find the authentic Tex-Mex he enjoyed in Texas – and while there might be easier ways to get a craving fix – here we are!
All fresh, all made from scratch- we’re serious about doing things properly! Our regular guests have become investors in the company, that’s how obsessed people are with what we do. – Creative, looks for opportunities to develop the menu, and finds efficient solutions to any issues
– Minimum two years experience as a Head Chef in a from-scratch kitchen
– Standards focused, able to maintain consistency and outstanding health and safety
