Senior Sous Chef, Mountain

Salary: £45,500
Location: Soho, London

Mountain, the new restaurant from Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat have opened in a historic building on a classic Soho street. An atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terroir, plates of seafood from the plancha in local fisherman’s bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, with a passion for working with excellent produce and delivering service. Working closely with the Head Chef and management team to lead the kitchen team on shift, managing the flow of the food service over the pass, and growing and developing the team’s knowledge.

The right candidate will have experience in a similar restaurant environment and be confident in supporting the development needs of the team. They will also have a good knowledge of kitchen administrative duties such as due diligence, ordering, stock take and rotas.
