Momentum is the exclusive Hospitality partner of Eurostar International high-speed trains connecting the United Kingdom to Europe since 2000.
We provide staffing & F&B across three platforms: Lounge, on-board services in Standard premier & business class & the bar buffet.
Our experienced and dedicated staff based across London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Rotterdam ensure our customers an amazing and authentic guest service experience on board trains, a personal greeting service in the Business Premier Lounges and a warm welcome at the Amsterdam and Rotterdam station.

THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a LOUNGE F&B MANAGER to join our fast-paced and dynamic team based near Kings Cross at Eurostar HQ. You will be reporting directly to the Head of F&B & procurement will be involved in all aspects of creating and improving a fantastic range of food and beverage products across our lounges & openings of new lounges.
We are looking for someone who is organised, passionate and resilient who can develop in this role. As we are an international organisation there will be a requirement for the perfect candidate to be able to speak and write fluent French as well as English, if you speak Dutch as well that is an advantage. You will be required to travel to our destinations (Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam), so unsociable hours will occasionally be a part of this role.
Key responsibilities
1. Development & management of the F&B ranges available at the lounge
2. Development & management of small equipment required in the lounge
3. Coordination of new lounge openings
4. Close collaboration with the lounge team
5. Close collaboration with our client Eurostar & many key stakeholders
6. Sourcing of suppliers & building strong relationships with them
7. Budget management
Key skills
1. Knowledge and interest in food and drink
2. Amazing organisational skills
3. Strong inter-personal skills
4. Good standards of written and spoken French and English, Dutch would be an advantage
5. Good knowledge of IT based systems such as Excel and Word
6. Good budget acumen
THE COMPENSATION
You can expect a great working environment and superb benefits including Meal allowance, discounted Eurostar tickets, the opportunity to earn up to an extra 10% of your basic salary per annum under the Company’s PRP scheme, contributory pension, 25 days’ holiday, cycle to work, discount in selected shops within St Pancras station and many more! This is a full time (35 hours per week) permanent role. Salary will be based on experience.
