We’re looking for a solid, reliable, experienced Senior CDP who wants to join our growing team of friendly, passionate chefs putting out weekly changing menus at the mothership Forza Win.
We’ve three great sections to work across at Forza Win. Our Antipasti and Dolce section, focusing on classic trattoria dishes and proper Italian desserts. Pasta, with always freshly made semolina or hand rolled egg varieties, ideal for chefs who want to perfect their ragus and sauces whilst learning some more modern takes. Finally the Grill, whole cuts and fish and running the kitchen pass with a smile.
There is constant opportunity to grow in our kitchens and gain experience in all areas of restaurant operation.
Many of our senior chefs have been with us for years and have grown from CDP to Sous or Head Chef.
We pay a great salary plus an equal share of service charge (estimated additional £6k to £7k).
We also offer 50% off dinner for you and your mates, cost price food and wine to take home, free kitchen clogs whenever you need them, a beer after your shift & access to an employee assistance programme offering help in all areas of your life outside work.
We issue our rotas in 4 week blocks with plenty of time to get time off requests in, so you can plan and live your life outside the kitchen, just one double a week.
