    About Us:
    Senza Fondo is a fresh new Italian-American spot in Shoreditch, serving up killer lasagna, fresh pasta, meat treats and live music vibes. Opening in February we’re all about great food, great energy, and great people.

    The Role:
    We’re looking for a Sous Chef to back up the Head Chef (a MasterChef winner!) and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll help lead the team, keep the food top-notch, and bring your creativity to the menu.

    What We’re After:

    Experience as a Sous Chef (or similar) in a busy kitchen.
    A love for Italian-American food.
    Solid leadership skills and a cool head under pressure.
    Passion for great food and attention to detail.
