Chefs including Lisa Allen, Tom Kerridge and Nathan Outlaw are all included in Hawksmoor’s stellar chef line up for 2020’s guest chef series. Taking place in the Cooks’ Room underneath its restaurant in Borough, Hawksmoor will host a dinner on the last Friday of every month until November.
The chefs will either create their take on a Hawksmoor meal, or design a collaborative menu with Hawksmoor chefs Richard Turner and Matt Brown. With a sold-out January session in collaboration with Forza Win, the rest of the year kicks off on 28 February with Norma’s Ben Tish.
The Cooks’ Room is designed as an interactive space with 18 covers and its own open-plan kitchen. Over the years, it has held dinners hosted by chefs such as Nieves Barragan Mohacho, Elizabeth Haigh and Robin Gill. It also acts as a creative development hub for executive group chef Matt Brown and the teams of Hawksmoor chefs.
