    Restaurant Manager

    The role:

    To lead and inspire a team of colleagues from Commis Waiters to Junior Managers.

    To deliver an intuitive and creative dining experience.

    To embody the core values of the restaurant always leading by example in all areas of restaurant conduct.

    Be guest orientated, welcoming and friendly, maintain professional and respectful attitude and behavior to guests, colleagues, and other management.

    To establish relationships with new guests and maintain the relationships we have with regular guests and friends of the restaurant. There will be ongoing opportunities to gain knowledge and responsibilities within the restaurant, for example to be responsible for the curation and delivery of The Ledbury Training Program. Within this program to continue to evolve and develop a learning culture to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.

    Alongside this, gaining knowledge and experience in managing the long and successful running of a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

    Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated senior professional with a passion for service to join our senior management team.

    The successful candidate should be open, driven, organised and humble, poses a warm and genuine nature and have the desire to enhance every guest experience.

    Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a Michelin-starred restaurant.

    In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and culinary trends.

    Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
