We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to run a local favourite, lead a great team and grow within a people first independent group. If this is something you’ve done before or have always dreamed of doing – read on for more about us!

Recently rated as Very Good in the Good Food Guide Forza Win is the Mothership to our sister sites Forza Wine Peckham & National Theatre. A SE London favourite for 14 years, we run a classic trattoria style menu, think somewhere between Brutto and Bocca di Lupo…

Our ‘way’ is very much about not taking yourself too seriously, remembering that ultimately we are cooking and serving people their tea, but in the best possible way. Simply, treat people to the dinner you would like to be treated to, talk to people the way that you would like to be spoken to, it’s our house and the customer is coming to it to have a great time – let’s give them that.

The style of service is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We want you to show your personality, and your passion, to our guests while also maintaining high standards. Treat everyone with kindness and tolerance, and remember that respect goes both ways.

Salary is based on a 45 hour week, including service charge. We are also open to candidates preferring 35-40 hours.

What we will give you:

  • Actually enhanced parental leave
  • 50% off for you and up to 5 mates at any time across all Forza Sites
  • Cost price staff purchase set up across all suppliers
  • CODE membership
  • An actual work life balance, every Sunday evening and Monday off
  • Obviously staff food (but ours is banging and made with love)
  • A proper Employee Assistance ProgramTo apply email: [email protected]
