Moor Hall Restaurant holds two Michelin stars and five AA Rosettes, and was voted ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards last year.

We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Restaurant Manager with Michelin star experience to join the team at Moor Hall.

You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant ensuring the operation runs smoothly. Directly supervising the restaurant team and ensuring the guest experience is perfect every time.

Effectively managing the floor and ensuring the team are fully trained to deliver an exceptional service. Leading by example and taking on a direct, hands on approach. Handling guest complaints effectively to ensure a positive guest experience. Effectively running the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Director.

You must possess the following key skills:
