As a Guest Experience Host/Hostess, you will be at the forefront of creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and unforgettable. Your expertise in cocktails and beverages will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service that upholds our high standards.

• Outgoing and friendly personality that creates a fun and dynamic atmosphere.
• Outstanding communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role, with a focus on premium services.
• Strong sales acumen, naturally driving results to achieve and exceed departmental sales goals.
• Ability to manage groups.
• Ability to deliver personalised service tailored to the needs of VIP guests.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail and beverages.
• Flexibility to work 4 to 5 shifts per week.
• Availability for late-night shifts, with closing hours up to 3 am.
