We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Sommelier to join our Front of House team at Louie London.
As a Senior Sommelier, you will assist both the Head Sommelier with their daily tasks and responsibilities. You will be responsible for curating the wine experience for our guests by offering expert recommendations, managing the wine service, and for maintaining and organising the wine cellar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wine pairings, an enthusiasm for educating guests and staff, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Previous experience in a Senior Sommelier or Sommelier role, or relevant experience in the hospitality industry required.
- Formal wine certification (WSET, CMS…) is a plus but not required.
You will be part of a team of 4 individuals and will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
