We are thrilled to announce the launch of One Club Row, Shoreditch, this coming April and are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join us!
Our first site has two concepts within one building, The Knave of Clubs pub on the ground floor, which opened to rave reviews in February and the first floor restaurant One Club Row following closely in April.
Founded by industry veterans James Dye (Camberwell Arms, Bambi, Frank’s Peckham) and Benjy Leibowitz (NoMad NYC, JKS, inHouse), the kitchen is headed up by Culinary Director Patrick Powell (formally of Midland Grand and Allegra) and Head Chef Attila Gellen (Allegra and Chiltern Firehouse).
One Club Row takes inspiration from the lively taverns of New York and brasseries of Paris, serving classic dishes, strong drinks all to a soundtrack provided by a house pianist.
This opening is just the start of our journey, with more exciting projects in the pipeline, joining our opening team offers an incredible opportunity for growth and development as the group expands.
Our perfect candidate would:
Lead with care and attention to detail
Provide confident leadership to the BOH team around them
Have impeccable organisation and time management
Have previous experience at the same level
Have an excellent understanding of seasonality, provenance and product.
Drive growth within the kitchen, including both team development and sales
Bring energy and confidence to the role
