Born out of a passion for being in pubs, we are a thriving independent business looking to grow. We want you to be part of our exciting future. We’re seeking a General Manager to bring our vision to life on-site at the Lady Mildmay.

Nestled in the picturesque corner of Newington Green, our pub is a North London institution. We hold dear the values of old-fashioned pub hospitality – think personable, friendly, and informal service delivered by a team that knows their stuff.

We believe in the power of conversation. It’s the soul of our establishment, where people gather to share ideas over food and wine. We’ve banished TVs, music, and machines to foster a warm, engaging atmosphere. Everything we do is designed to bring you closer to that quintessential moment – gathered around a large wooden table, indulging in hearty dishes.

At the Lady Mildmay, food isn’t just a feature; it’s at the very heart of our pub experience. Our menu boasts unpretentious, Mediterranean-inspired flavours that celebrate well-sourced ingredients. What’s more, our seasonal menu changes every four weeks, and you’ll find it handily chalked on a blackboard.

Our selection of wine features lesser-known grape varieties and small producers, meticulously chosen to complement our culinary creations. Of course, we also offer well-kept rotating real ales, fresh draught beers, an eclectic array of spirits, and our very own infusions.
