We can’t wait to be back in restaurants today as they open their doors again. However recognising that not everyone feels comfortable heading out just yet, middle eastern favourite Bubala joins the list of restaurants opening delivery-only sites. Bubie launches in Kentish Town on 10 December.
In what the team describe as a ‘mischievous little sister’, Bubie offers a spin on much loved Bubala classics. Its focus on bold flavours, herbs and spices will be the same, so guests can expect mushroom shawarma, crispy aubergine and its speciality laffa sandwiches filled with falafel, pickled red cabbage and tahini.
The full menu will be available to order within a two-mile radius. The team are looking to expand with further kitchens to follow around London next year, so watch this space.
