CODE Hospitality’s Women of the Year 2025: List announced

We’re delighted to announce the names of Hospitality’s Women of the Year 2025, in partnership with Bibendum.

Featuring a pub landlord, a brewer, a uniform designer, and an anonymous writer, CODE’s annual Women of the Year list celebrates the wealth of female talent working in the UK hospitality industry today.

From a record 1,400 nominations from across the industry, a panel of judges including Knife & Fork Media founder Adam Hyman, restaurant critic Jimi Famurewa and restaurateur Mandy Yin put their heads together to produce a final list of 51 women whose successes have stood out this year.
