Guests can expect dishes including smoked rainbow trout with fennel and pomegranate and lamb with polenta, sea herbs and broad beans. Wine pairings and alcohol-free tea pairings will also be on offer.

CORD Café will be open for breakfast and lunch, with food available to eat in or take away. The 30-cover café will serve Fresh patisseries, daily sandwiches and soups and fresh salads. The space will also be available for weekend and evening hire, seating up to 50 guests.

Finally, CORD will also feature an outpost of Le Cordon’ Bleu’s culinary institute. A series of short courses will be available for aspiring chefs, as well as corporate short courses, ideal for team building days.
