The chef and restaurateur Henry Harris has told CODE exclusively that he has a new role. After leaving Harcourt Inns last year, he has now joined Ben and Robin at Wright Brothers, the successful fish suppliers to top restaurants, who of course have five restaurants of their own.
Over lockdown, the brand has successfully launched ‘at home’ boxes and in his new job, Henry Harris will not only be working with the Wright Brothers on reopening the restaurants and new dishes and menus, but on product development for retail.
Many have followed Harris’s career with interest since he closed his fabled restaurant Racine. With Harcourt Inns he had created a series of stylish, food-led pubs with interpretations of some of the same French classics he’d offered at Racine. More recently, Harris worked with HG Walter on a one-off meal kit.
You can read Henry Harris talking about his beloved knife collection here. We look forward to seeing what the new collaboration brings both with Wright Brothers boxes and at the restaurants when they are able to reopen.
