Since its launch in 2018, the innovative communal dining restaurant Mãos has received much critical acclaim – and even a Michelin star. With communal dining currently off the table for obvious reasons, Mãos are relaunching with individual tables and a redeveloped menu.
The Shoreditch restaurant, with executive chef Edoardo Pellicano at the helm, is welcoming diners back for the first time since April with a 14-course menu. The team has also unveiled their new Chef’s Table, situated directly off of the kitchen in a private dining room for up to six guests.
The exciting news continues, as Mãos has also unveiled details of its new monthly membership programme, offering perks including advance reservations, access to member only workshops and talks, exclusive lunch bookings, as well as a monthly membership box. The monthly delivery features condiments, kitchen essentials and house made provisions, alongside a monthly video demo from Pellicano.
“We’ve worked with long time collaborations, 6a architects, to reimagine the dining room – whilst this reduces our capacity it enables the kitchen to present dishes that push technique and process to another level” says founder James Brown. “We opened Mãos with the intention of redefining what it means to visit a restaurant and we’ve used our time away to reconsider every element of the dining experience.”
The Chef’s Table seating takes place at 6pm, whilst seating in the main dining room begins at 8:15pm Wednesday to Saturday. To book a table, please click here
