As the industry slowly recovers from a turbulent 18 months, we are again searching for hospitality’s rising stars.

Our annual 30 under 30 list celebrates those making waves in the industry, from chefs to sommeliers, suppliers to PRs. Whatever their role, it is about championing the young people who are part of our tenacious and inspiring community.
