The Sicilian restaurant Norma was proving popular before lockdown, so it’s welcome new that it has already opened its doors again. Now – hinting at the longevity of delivery and at-home services – Ben Tish’s team is also launching three at-home experiences.
First, guests can bring Norma (quite literally) home. From barbecues to sharing feasting menus, the team will bring Norma’s chefs and staff to diners, to prepare and serve a bespoke feast. The food will even be served on plates from the restaurant and best of all, the hosts won’t have to do the washing up…
For those who are not keen on dining out or having others in their home, Feast with Norma is a menu of family-style sharing platters available for collection. Dishes include charcuterie, aubergine parmigiana, lamb shoulder and the signature tiramisu.
Finally, Norma is launching delivery of its signature dishes and pasta kits via Deliveroo and Supper. Buyers will be able to create pasta alla Norma in their kitchen or order dishes including burrata with peas, broad beans and lemon.
