A new design-led Italian restaurant and cocktail bar is opening in Covent Garden this November. VyTA will be housed across three floors, with the 200-cover venue boasting a main restaurant as well a basement including private dining. However the main attraction will be the 110-cover all-weather heated outdoor terrace right in the epicentre of Covent Garden.
With eclecticism and creativity at the heart of the food offering, diners will enjoy dishes such as Prawn carpacci, homemade ravioli with genovese filling, and cream of pumpkin alongside figs, toasted hazelnuts and crispy pumpkin skin.
An extensive wine list will complement the menu, with unique wine pairings from top Italian wine producers Santa Margherita, as well as serving Prosecco brand Ca’Del Bosco, unique to VyTA. A cocktail menu will also be on offer, serving drinks such as Garden of Eden made with gin, grapefruit sherbet, raspberry, egg white, lemon and bitters.
International studio COLLIDANIELARCHITETTO are responsible for the interiors and architectural design, creating a world of eclectic and sophisticated design drawing heavily on the Italian architectural culture of the Sixties. Designer Daniela Colli comments ‘VyTA Covent Garden is a wonderland of colours and shapes, designed to surprise, celebrate and entertain people looking for a world of pleasure and emotions.’
VyTA opens at 21 The Market, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 8RD
