Wham BAM, thank you BAO

Stand by for a very exciting collaboration. BAO has continued to surprise us during lockdown, launching a Dine in Cinema, takeaway concepts Call Suzy and Rice Error, and online convenience store Convni. We spoke to them all about it for our tools of the trade feature,  which you can read here.

The latest news is a meal kit put together by the BAO team and Lee Tiernan of the much-yearned-for Black Axe Mangal. Going live this morning, it’s a limited edition with only 500 Made-By-You kits available, sure to sell out quickly.

The highlight of the box is a Rueben bao put together by the BAM team, with ox tongue, sauerkraut, pickled cucumber, and spicy crispy shallots. There’s also an exclusive BAO x BAM t-shirt on offer, featuring Death and the signature BAO man (time to update CODE’s favourite merchandise article), alongside a selection of Taiwanese beers.
