    We are looking for an experienced, warm and confident Events Co-Ordinator to join our exceptional Events team at Harts Group in Soho, London

    The Events Co-Ordinator role:

    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a High-quality Restaurant Group
    • Reporting to our Head of Events and Sales and supporting our Events Managers
    • Preparing events menus, uploading events deposits and monitoring enquiries for Quo Vadis, Barrafina and El Pastor
    • Attend weekly events briefings with our Events Managers
    • Support Event Managers with show rounds of venues where necessary
    • Answer telephone enquiries when necessary for Quo Vadis, Barrafina and El Pastor
    • Able to demonstrate skills in organisation, attention to detail, consistent guest support and an exceptional guest journey
    • Strong passion for food and drink, ensuring that you build strong relationships with the team throughout the Harts Group and our guests
    • Support the events operational team to ensure we exceed guest expectation
    • Experience with Seven Rooms and Design My Night reservation platforms
    • Experience with InDesign and Adobe beneficial but not essential
    • Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload
    • Excellent communication both verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner
    • Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest experience
    • Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome
    • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
    • Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
