We are looking for a Chef (and also a Maître D’) experienced in Chinese and ESEA cuisine to run a brand new restaurant in Kent.

Turn-key opportunity with a fully kitted restaurant, so the right person will have an entreprenerial mindset and deliver superb quality Chinese cuisine.

Full operational support –new restaurant fit out in progress, new kitchen, back office, marketing, etc.  Menu and team to be developed with you.
